The towers in Erice can be seen from the castle on the hill. Erice is located in northwestern Sicily in the province of Trapani. It was founded by the exiles from Troy who discovered a perfect location to live until the Roman conquest in 244B.C. and later the Arabs and Normans conquered their beautiful town in the clouds.

Through the days of film cameras, Instamatics, slides, and Polaroids, I have been the 'go to' person who has been responsible for documenting our family functions. Photography has always been a hobby, but retirement has afforded me the time and opportunity to develop my lifetime hobby into a passion. Combining my photography with family and travel, I have been able to enjoy all of my life's passions. My travels have taken me to many wonderful places as is evident through my galleries.
