Artist's Description
God's hand was at work as I walked this beautiful path in the quiet New England town of Ipswich, Ma on the pastoral grounds of Appleton Farms which is the oldest working farm in Massachusetts. It was established in 1638 by a land grant to Samuel Appleton. The farm preserves the bucolic, pastoral landscape and the historic farm buildings.
